Nobody's Princess by Esther Friesner

I really really enjoyed this book. And even though I just finished it last night, or maybe it was very early this morning? Who knows? But I definitely wasn't looking at the clock.I would read it again.
It is about Lady Helen, from the Bronze age in Greece. If you like Greek mythology then you probably already know that she was considered the most beautiful woman. What the author points out though in the end when the story of this book has ended is that from all of the other stories told about Lady Helen is, that much of her actual story remains untold. I would recommend this book to any one who likes the inside tale of someone that much is said, but that you still have questions about.
I look forward to reading, Nobody's Prize, the continuing story. But for now I suppose that I'll just have to remain content telling you about this current book. I don't want to say to much or otherwise there would be no point in you picking up the book for yourself and delving into the tale. So I'll leave you with that choice reader.
